About Katie Boggs

Katie has been making waves in real estate since getting licensed in 2019, quickly becoming the top-selling agent for the past several years with the Fayette-Nicholas Board of REALTORS®. Known for going above and beyond, Katie works hard to make sure every client has a great experience, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing. 

 

Deeply rooted in Nicholas County, where she was born and raised, Katie is proud to call this area home. Katie lives with her husband, Eric, and their two boys, Levi and Isaiah, who are her heart and soul, on their family farm. 

 

In 2024, Katie earned her broker’s license, showing her commitment to growing in her career and continuing to serve her clients at the highest level. She also co-owns Lillywood Homes, a business she started with her co-founder, Larry Mazzella, a contractor, in 2022, where they build and flip houses. That experience gives her a unique edge when it comes to understanding the ins and outs of homes, renovations, and good investments.

 

As a seller’s agent, she focuses on planning and research to get homes sold fast and for top dollar, while making sure sellers understand their local market. As a buyer’s agent, she takes time to listen to what her clients want and need, then works hard to find the perfect fit and negotiate the best deal.
